We want you to love your Rishti Meditation Cushion. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In clean, unused condition
• Free from damage, stains, odors, or excessive wear
• Returned in its original packaging whenever possible

Because meditation cushions are personal wellness products, we cannot accept returns of items that show significant signs of use.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to make it right.
